With Videofied’s FRONTEL proprietary software, the Central Monitoring Station is available 24/7 to monitor the system using the 10s video verification and respond accordingly to any intrusion attempt within a minute (e.g. ignore a false alarm or immediately call the police for a crime in progress). The customer can let the professionals do the job while having piece of mind.
With Videofied’s Smartphone Apps, users can access the panel remotely through the iCloud server and perform various operations such as arming/disarming, looking into events log or even requesting photos or videos on the spot.
With Videofied’s TMT2 proprietary software, the Service Team can repair/configure/perform diagnostics REMOTELY via GPRS without an installer present on site (similar to ITs repairing your network using Teamviewer). If you have a problem with your alarm system, it can most likely be fixed remotely – no need to come to your place – saving valuable time and money.
